Nothing on any tab is paid-only. Paying raises how much you can read in a month; it does not unlock a figure a free account cannot see.

THE LAST PUSH

The things people actually hesitate over

Written as they are asked, answered as they should be — including the answers that lose the sale.

“I will never use 5,000 runs.”

Most people do not. Pro 5000 is for somebody opening more than twenty tickers a month. If that is not you, top up instead: without a subscription a run is $0.50, so $10 is twenty of them, and they never expire.

“I do not want another subscription.”

Then do not take one. Pay as you go exists for exactly this, and the free twenty keeps arriving every month either way.

“What happens when the trial ends?”

Stripe takes the card at checkout and charges it on day 15; we e-mail you on day 12. Cancelling is one click in your account, and you keep the month you have paid for.

“Is my card safe with you?”

We never see it. Stripe’s own page takes the payment; we store your account, your run count and nothing else.

“What if I stop paying?”

You go back to twenty free runs a month, you keep every run you bought, and every free surface is exactly as it was.

“What if I need more than 5,000?”

Packs of 500 runs for $10 — two cents a run, a twenty-fifth of the pay-as-you-go price. They never expire and they carry into next month, and the month’s runs are always spent first.
